X80 Series

This is more a suggestion rather than a guess for the Acebeam X80 series flashlight.

Center LED: Yuji BC-160H CRI 95, but at 3200K (instead of 5600K like on the X80 CRI)

Peripheral LEDs: 12 Cree XHP35 HI (5000K) with clear Carclo TIR optics for throw (basically the same as 3x EC65 flashlights).

A similar idea for a new version of the Acebeam X70 CRI:

Center LED: Yuji BC-270H CRI 95, also at 3200K (500W)

Peripheral LEDs: 12 Cree XHP70.2 DEDOMED, with clear Carclo TIR optics

Battery pack upgrade: 12x18650 (or 21700) in a 4S3P configuration to make it compatible with Acebeam X65, X70, X80...

Thank you.

X80

I had X80, a total light flood, but there was a short distance of light.
I would place SMO reflector and XHP35 HI in the center.
The second option is a large OP reflector and XHP70.

Ultra powerful version with only White leds in all the led area

I suppose one of the new versions will be an even stronger version where all the front leds will have a white xhp50.2 (or newer type led) making 30.000-40.000 lumens possible. Also it would be nice with a charging port, usb-c? The daily use of my X80 depletes it, and the battery charging option is a bit cumbersome. How ever the port could also be used for charging another item such as a phone, would increase practicality very much!

Either deeper reflector in the middle for more throw, or diffused lenses for photography for a flat wall of light.

A Guess on a New X80 Model and what I would like to see

I would think or like to see a X80 model with a slightly deeper reflector for more throw and and to have SOS and Especially Beacon added as special modes and perhaps a X80 model that has a cooling fan internally to reduce heat on high output modes.  Thank You Christopher Bartholomew [email protected]
