Returns & Replacements Policy

HERE AT ACEBEAM, WE BELIEVE IN OUR PRODUCTS.

Authorization is Mandatory

Before initiating any return, exchange, or repair request, you must contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Shipments received without a valid RMA number clearly marked on the exterior will be automatically refused and returned to the sender at your expense.

Condition & Timeline

We accept returns on items in brand new, unused condition within 15 days of delivery. To qualify for a full refund, all original accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included and returned in their original state. If an item shows any signs of wear, installation, or misuse, we cannot issue a refund; the item will be shipped back to you at your cost.

Refunds & Restocking

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund minus the original outbound shipping costs. Please note that initial shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). All return shipments must be dispatched within one week of receiving your RMA number.

Processing & Cancellations

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return or exchange. For exchanges, a new tracking number will be emailed to you once the replacement ships. Be aware that any order canceled prior to shipment, or returned due to customer preference, is subject to a 3% administrative restocking fee, excluding all shipping and customs duties.
