Acebeam L-Series Tactical Flashlights: Red/Green Hunting Lights
- Preserve Night Vision: Red and green tactical LEDs help hunters spot game without disrupting wildlife or ruining natural dark adaptation.
- Dedicated Red/Green Throwers: Models like the L17 and L18 offer dedicated OSRAM Red and Green LED options for specialized tactical and night hunting needs.
- Extreme Beam Throw: Custom optical TIR lenses deliver focused long-range illumination up to 1,000 meters (3,280 ft).
Acebeam is redefining outdoor and tactical illumination with our guiding philosophy: "LIGHT WHERE YOU WANT IT." By engineering high-performance flashlights with versatile outputs and specialized beam profiles, Acebeam has become a trusted gear choice for outdoor enthusiasts, hunters, and tactical professionals worldwide.
When navigating the wilderness at night, having the right lighting gear is crucial for safety and tactical advantage. A premium hunting flashlight must offer far-reaching throw, precise beam control, and versatile color options like red and green to handle unpredictable environments.
Why Red and Green Lights Are Essential for Hunting
Unlike standard white light, which can startle animals and blind the user in dark environments, colored light sources offer distinct tactical advantages for night hunters:
- Red Light: Essential for preserving natural human night vision (rhodopsin levels) while remaining virtually invisible to many game animals, such as coyotes, predators, and hogs. Red LEDs are ideal for stealthy animal tracking, close-range map reading, and minimizing detection in the dark.
- Green Light: Offers high contrast and light penetration through heavy fog or thick brush. Human eyes are most sensitive to green light, allowing you to see finer details at lower output levels while giving you incredible throw distance.
A focused beam throw ensures that your target is illuminated brightly at distance while preventing wide spill light from scaring away nearby wildlife.

Li-ion Battery Safety & Usage Tips
Acebeam L-Series lights run on high-capacity Li-ion batteries equipped with built-in USB-C charging ports for maximum field convenience. We strongly recommend using original Acebeam protected batteries, which feature 4x MOSFET protection against overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, and short circuits.
- Fully charge batteries before first use using high-quality Li-ion chargers.
- NEVER discharge a Li-ion cell below 2.5V or exceed its continuous discharge rating.
- DO NOT short-circuit, crush, puncture, or expose batteries to temperatures above 60°C (140°F).
- Keep batteries away from loose coins, keys, or metal objects.
- Discontinue use immediately if a battery exhibits swelling, excessive heat, odor, or discoloration.
