P20 Professional Long Distance Flashlight

A: There are 3 factors.
1). Waterproof considerations:
To achieve an IP68 waterproof rating, we chose to a removable 21700 battery pack with built-in USBC port, not built in the USBC port on the flashlight.Using silicone cover will compromise the P20's tough exterior and waterproof rating, as the silicone material will degrade over time. Charging through such a 21700 battery pack ensures the best waterproof protection and tough feature.

2). 21700 Battery pack design:
This 21700 battery pack is made of two 21700 batteries in a 2S1P configuration. The copper ring of the ends around the battery pack serves as a signal transmission area. With built-in the chips of the battery- management and protection board monitor the charging process to ensure safety and reliability, which also enables the tail switch function to operate normally. so you can rest assured to use them.

3). Flexible battery options:  
For long runtime outdoors, the P20 comes with a removable high-capacity 21700 battery pack, compatible with regular 21700 batteries (with or without built-in USBC port). So you do not need to wait for charging for a long time, which works in any emergency tasks. This is also crucial for long hiking trips or unexpected power outages. When the flashlight is powered by 2 x 21700 single batteries, please operate the flashlight via the side switch.This flexibility enhances the practicality of the P20 in extreme conditions.

A: The reasons that may cause the light to flicker, shine intermittently or even fail to illuminate:
1). Poor battery level.
Solution: Recharge or replace the battery.
2). The contact or contact point of the battery or flashlight is dirty.  
Solution: Clean the contact points with a cotton swab soaked in rubbing alcohol.
3). The tail switch of the flashlight is slightly misaligned.
Solution: Make sure the flashlight tail switch is screwed on properly.
