What kind of LEDs is used in D20? Does ACEBEAM offer LED replacement service?
A: It utilizes one CREE XHP35 LED.

ACEBEAM does not offer LED replacement service currently, and please do not replace the LEDs privately, as doing so may affect product performance or cause damage to the product.

How to get started?

What kind of battery can be used in D20 and how to install?
A: It is recommended to use an ACEBEAM 21700 USB-C rechargeable Li-ion battery (included).

Note:  While installing the battery, make sure the battery is inserted with the positive (+) end pointing to the head of the flashlight.

What does the light color mean of charging indicator?
A: Yes.

How to operate?

- ON/OFF: press and hold for > 0.5s
- Output selection: with the flashlight is ON, click the switch to cycle through Low-High-SOS-Low, and release the switch to select the mode.
- Lock: when the flashlight is OFF, press and hold the switch for 3s.
- Unlock: when the flashlight is locked, press and hold the switch for 3s.

Is it waterproof?
A: Yes, it is IP68 rated. Tough enough to support you in every moment.
