15 Days Free Replacement: ACEBEAM will replace a new product within 15 days of purchase for any manufacturing defects if problems come into being in normal use; We will replace it with the same model. If the model has been discontinued and no stock, consumers will receive a product with similar or improved model.
10-Year Free Repair: ACEBEAM will offer free repair for lights within 10 years from the date of purchase if issues arise during normal use. Different products may have varying warranty periods:
Limited Lifetime Warranty – After the 10-year free repair warranty, the dealer will still make reasonable efforts to repair the LED flashlight at the customer's expense for spare parts and shipping (i.e., no labor charges will be incurred).
Please note: The free warranty does not apply to any of the following situations:
1)Defects due to normal wear and tear.
2)Defects caused by rough handling.
3)Product defects or damage caused by battery leakage or misuse.
4)Product damage resulting from human actions, disassembly, modification, or improper maintenance and use.
