What kind of LED is used in L17? Does ACEBEAM offer LED replacement service?  
A: L17 utilizes one OSRAM with White, Green and Red LED options.

ACEBEAM does not offer LED replacement services currently, and please do not replace the LEDs privately, as doing so might affect product performance and cause damage to the product.

How to prevent accidental activation of the L17? 
A: When the light is OFF, press and hold the side switch for about 5s to get it locked. 

How to unlock L17? 
A:  Press and hold the side switch for 5s.

Could you give a brief introduction to L17? 
A: L17 is a 40 mm head diameter weight-volume-runtime-optimized tactical flashlight, it features a soft-touch tailcap switch that does not make any sound. 

Side Switch • ON/OFF: single click  • Moonlight: when flashlight is OFF, press and hold about 0.5s to enter moonlight • Output selection: when flashlight is ON, press and hold to cycle through Low → Med → High, which can be memorized. Release it to select the current mode • Turbo: double-click, if it enters memorized mode, double-click again • Strobe: triple-click

What should I do if it needs repair?
A: Please refer below:
 • 15-day replacement: ACEBEAM will replace any quality defective lights within 15 days of purchase.
 • 5-year free repair: ACEBEAM will repair an LED light free of charge within 5 years (LEP model, battery, battery pack, charger, remote switch, and other accessories: 1 year) of purchase if problems develop with normal use.
 • Limited lifetime warranty, if repair is required after 5 years from the date of purchase, ACEBEAM will charge for parts.
