ACEBEAM does not offer LED replacement services currently, and please do not replace the LEDs privately, as doing so might affect product performance and cause damage to the product. 

What kind of battery is included? 
A: One ACEBEAM Rechargeable 21700 Li-ion Battery.  

How to prevent accidental activation of the L18? 
A: When the light is OFF, press and hold the side switch for 5s to get it locked. 

How to unlock L18? 
A:  Press and hold the side switch for 3s.

Could you give a brief introduction to L18? 
A: long-range tactical flashlight can throw up to 1000 meters, the L18 can assist you in spotting prey or threats easily from far away with max. 1500 lumens.

 Side Switch
• ON/OFF: single click 
• Moonlight: when flashlight is OFF, press and hold about 0.5s to enter moonlight
• Output selection: when flashlight is ON, press and hold to cycle through Low → Med 1 → Med 2 → High, which can be memorized. Release it to select the current mode
• Turbo: double-click, if it enters memorized mode, double-click again
• Strobe: triple-click

 

Tactical Tail Switch
• Tap for momentary on and click to enter Turbo mode

Fantastic Light
The L18 is a beast of a thrower. It’s a normal sized tactical light that you could EDC. I’ve hit some crazy distances with this light and it’s a very impressive light. L16 through L19 are all amazing lights

Performances étonnantes de par sa taille !
Je possède le modèle à Led verte . C'est vraiment une lampe attachante avec ses dimensions compactes , bien en main et le confort de la double commande . Les 2000 LM. sont bien présents avec cette version , mais avec l'avantage de plus de discrétion pour la recherche d'animaux . ( faisceau vert ). J'ai plusieurs Acebeam et c'est toujours un plaisir de les utiliser pour différentes fonctions , avec en permanence cette sensation de solidité , de fiabilité et de performances .

Fantastic thrower like light with doual button layout!
I was searching for a thrower with a least 1.000m reach. I tried some of other manufacturers but either they did not have a dual button layout or they were super long because they were using two batteries in series. The L18 has it all! It is awesome to have the instant turbo on the tail switch while beeing able to toggle the modes with the sideswitch. The steel bezel is robust and looks cool. I alos like that the moonlight mode is really dark and not too bright!
There is just one downside with this light which something really annoys me: If you are using the L18 with its side switch and hit the tailswitch for instant turbo it turns off after depressing it. It would be awesome to be able to just trigger the turbo mode with the rear switch for a moment and then jump back to the last used "normal" mode.

I really love that the L18 is so small regarding its beam reach of 1000m and its dual buttonn!

Dual Switch Perfection
I purchased the camo version of this light and love it’s performance. The option to hold it both ways in your hand with the dual switches is great. Love the tail switch direct to  turbo capability. Throws across my entire property and leaves nothing wanting in terms of distance. I wanted a compact thrower and Acebeam delivered!

Compact thrower with mid-size capabilities
In real it looks smaller than on photo. Thanks to TIR optics it has great range in such compact size. And it really handy.
It closes 600m easily.
Actually I can't find any weaknesses or items to improve on this thrower.

GREAT COMPACT THROWER!
The Acebeam L18 is an amazing compact TIR OSRAM thrower that definitely hits the claimed 1000m mark. Because of the TIR, it also has enough useful spill for walking/hiking while still being able to throw a nice tight beam way out there. The quality and finish is typical Acebeam excellence. Having the dual tail switch with the electronic side switch is also a great bonus. Just a beauty piece of gear!
