Does EC20 offer three LED options? What are they? Does ACEBEAM offer LED replacement service?
A: Yes, There are three premium LED options:
-    SFT-25R HI LEDs, Max throw 370 meters
-    Nichia 519A LEDs CRI > 90 
-    LUXEON HL4X  6500K  LEDs, max 2800 lumens
ACEBEAM does not offer LED replacement services currently, and please do not replace the LEDs privately, as doing so may affect product performance or cause damage to the product.

How to Exit AUX Light Mode?
Two ways to exit AUX light mode :
A. Quickly double-click the Switch to enter Turbo, and then long press the Switch to conduct brightness level switching.
B. After the light is OFF, long press the Switch (about 0.5s) to enter Ultra-Low, and then long press the Switch to conduct brightness level switching.

How to cycle through Dimming Modes (White Light)?
When the light is OFF, click and then quickly long press the Switch until the flashlight flashes. 

One flash indicates that it has entered Dimming Mode 1, and so on, with 3 flashes indicating that it has entered Dimming Mode 3. and release the Switch after selecting.

How to do Brightness Level Switching (White Light)?
Under your preferred Dimming Mode, after turning ON, and then long press the Switch to cycle through brightness levels.

Mode 1: Low → Med 1 → Med 2 → High → Low
Mode 2: High → Med 2 → Med 1 → Low → High
Mode 3: Stepless dimming

How to enter Strobe/SOS/Beacon  (White Light)?
Quick triple-click the Switch, and then long press the Switch to select Strobe/SOS/Beacon, release the Switch after selecting to enter your preferred mode. 

After you shift to another mode, you can quickly triple-click the Switch again to reaccess.

How to enter Ultralow (White Light)?
When the light is OFF, long press the Switch (about 0.5 seconds).

How to enter AUX light mode?
When the light is OFF, long press the Switch (about 1 second).How to Cycle Through Red-Green-Blue- Multiple Light Mode?
Under the AUX light mode, long press the Switch.

What kind of battery can be used in EC20?
A: EC20 can be powered by one ACEBEAM 18650 USB-C Li-ion battery (included) or 2 x CR123A (compatible).
 
How to prevent accidentally activating the EC20?
A: you can lock it. The method to lock EC20:
When the light is OFF, long press the Switch (about 3 seconds) until the light flashes 3 times to indicate Locked.

 How to unlock EC20?
A:  The method to unlock EC20:
Once locked, users can long press the Switch (about 3 seconds) until the light flashes 2 times to indicate unlocked.
 
Is the EC20 waterproof?
A: Yes, it can fully submersible to 6.5 feet for up to 30 minutes

EC20 Desert Nichia

The Desert Nichia version of the EC20 has a unique look with beautiful detail.  It has a fine textured feel in the hand and a nice easy to use UI with stepless ramping.

It's one of my favourite high CRI EDC flashlights - outstanding Acebeam quality and finish.

EC20 Titanium Nichia version

I always liked titanium products from Acebeam since i got my e70 mini Ti. E20 is also great, the finish is stonewashed with no imperfections and the Nichia 5000k is awesome! Despite the increased weight its fairly pocketable. Its floody and illuminates a wide area in front of you which is perfect for edc!  Next goal is... to add the e70 in Titanium in my collection... we will see!

Small and bright

I was able to simply change the brightness. It is so bright, you can see without any worries. It's light weight when compared to other flashlights (tactical and such) that I own, but it'll make a punch a lot more impactful. It's small enough for me to either keep it in my purse or give it to my niece to keep in her school bag.

Dim or Bright, lots of settings!

This flashlight is high quality. It is so bright for a small flashlight and come with a USB-C charging cable and wrist strap. The end of the flashlight is magnetic, I was able to stick it to the fridge (which in the future will be so useful for doing maintenance on a car.) The nearest thing I found about the flash light is that I can directly charge the battery. I've never seen this before so my mind is blown.
The flashlight comes with the instructions for how to cycle through the flashlight. There are several color options and then there are several white light settings that can get blindingly bright. This flashlight is going in my tool box. Definitely worth it!

Impressive Craftsmanship and Great Performance

This flashlight's craftsmanship is impressive and looks fantastic. It feels great in the hand, and for such a small light, the size is just right. It has five brightness levels, and the single switch takes a bit of getting used to for controlling the light. I got the blue version with the SFT-25R LED, and it's incredibly bright on turbo, with an impressive throw. However, it heats up quickly, so that’s something to watch out for.

Amazing flashlight

I have dozens of name brand flashlights, but this one has a lot going on, so I'm not sure where to start. It's waterproof and impact resistant, and runs off an 18650 or 2 x CR123A non-rechargeable batteries. The included 18650 battery has a USB port for charging, or it can be charged in a stand-alone charger. The user interface can be changed to run in 3 different modes, including lock out, strobe functions, and color light functions that fade from one color into another.
I chose the LUXEON HL4X 6500K LEDs version of this flashlight. It has a lot of spill and will easily light up an entire yard on turbo. It also has some decent throw. You can ramp it down to a moonlight mode that will run for hours on a single charge. The clip is sturdy, and the magnet tailcap holds well. There's a power indicator on the button that shows how much battery is left. If you like flashlights with lots of options, you'll love this one.

Great EDC Torch!

This is an excellent EDC flashlight. Easy to use. The button is smooth and feels really comfortable to operate. I love high CRI light, so I went with the 519A version, which has a CRI above 90, and the beam is incredibly even and beautiful. The only downside is that the 519A version only comes in black. I really wish there was a blue option. Otherwise, it's perfect!
